The movie Arctic Ice - Iceclimbing in the Polar Region of Norway - allows an authentic view on the fascinating iceclimbing adventures of the austrians Albert Leichtfried and Benedikt Purner. It shows a strong team that realizes its ideas with a lot of creativity and motivation. During two journeys in the north of Norway they do several first ascents, amongst them some extraordinary icelines like the giant „Storfossen“ WI 7-X, located in a small canyon or the mixed route „RememberMI“ M8/WI7 which is without an equal in terms of challenge and beauty.
